Privacy and texting terms

Forge Built Design is a trade name of Eastfield LLC, a Kansas limited liability company based in Derby, Kansas. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how our text messages work.
What we collect
We collect information you give us when you call, text, or email us, fill out a form, or become a customer, including:
- Name and business name
- Phone number and email address
- Project details, service areas, hours, and similar business information you provide
- Photos, logos, and other materials you upload or send for your website
- Payment-related details needed to invoice you (card data is handled by Stripe; see Payments)
This website does not use advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (for example IP address, browser type, timestamps) to operate and secure the site.
How we use it
- Answer questions and follow up after calls or messages
- Build, stage, and maintain your website
- Send invoices, receipts, and account notices
- Provide customer support and Care services
- Send text messages only when you have agreed to receive them (see Text messages)
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as phone and texting, payment processing (Stripe), email, form tools, and website hosting, and only as needed to provide our services or as required by law.
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or your text messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Text messages
We only send text messages to people who have agreed to receive them, for example by saying yes on a phone call, by replying YES to a consent text after a live call, by texting us first, or by checking an optional SMS box on a form where offered.
Messages may include links to example websites, questions about your project, appointment or preview reminders, and account or Care updates.

- Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages from us. Reply HELP for help.
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.
We honor STOP and other clear opt-out requests promptly.
Payments
Card payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our systems.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete information we hold about you, unless we need to keep it for legal, tax, or accounting reasons, or to complete services you requested. To opt out of texts, reply STOP or email us.
